Due to my procrastination and lack of planning, I did not do the other workouts even though I had a whole week to do it. Woops!
Since the gym closed due to the quarantine, my dad and I decided to make a treadmill schedule/log to keep ourselves active during this time. We are obligated to run on the treadmill everyday and we have to “punch in” our time and date. I am still on the 1st preset on the treadmill but I am planning to go up a preset every week. The only problem is I can not run since there are people on the floor below and their chandelier might fall! However, I am planning, when we clear the backyard, to do most of my workouts outside for more intense workout. I am also watching out for my diet since I am at home 24/7. This means more fruits, vegetables and less carbs (rice, since I am asian).

It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.

I wish to lose some weight, manage my eating habits and go to the gym more often by the end of this semester, as I would look in better shape and be in better shape. I have gone to the gym for the past years but I have stopped after I started my first semester in CEGEP. Therefore, I will have to plan when I will have to go to the gym. I must find time to excercise and study as well. Like before, I can measure my progress by logging in my workout every time I go and my weight each week. As for nutrition, I will have to be careful of what I eat and consume smaller portions. With all of these methods, I might be able to reach my goal: losing some weight.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.
Why do this?
The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.
To help you get started, here are a few questions:
You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
